Friday, 01 January 2010 23:40

Yes, it's finally here!  After months of work, emails and postage back and forth to Kingsley Educational, our newest Australian History resource is ready for ordering!

"I Love My Country"  is a wonderful introduction to our great country for children in grades 1-3.

Covering basic topics such as ‘How Australia Was Discovered', ‘Australia and the British Commonwealth' and ‘How to Show Respect for Your Country', this Australian Studies course will provide the foundation for learning about this ‘Wide, Brown Land'.

Presented from a Christian viewpoint, this booklet introduces to the student God's powerful hand in the making and shaping of our amazing continent.

Originally published by Kingsley Educational (www.kepl.com.au), this booklet has been updated and published in 2009 by Adnil Press.

I just thought I\'d drop a line to say how much my children are enjoying the beginning of the school year using this resource (Australia, the Wide Brown Land). We only received it last week and one daughter in particular is very keen to do more after only completing some of the first lesson. She is not normally keen on new things but it helped that there were comprehension questions to answer in Lesson 1 and not a narration to do! So congratulations for putting together such a great Australian resource,
